Terms may vary depending on accommodation!

1. All prices are in ZAR and are quoted per room per night. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
2. Rates include luxury accommodation, a generous, healthy continental breakfast and all teas and coffees during your stay.
3. Rates exclude telephone calls, honesty bar accounts and laundry service.
4. Minimum stay of 4 nights during High Season.
5. No Pets allowed.
6. Payment by Cashier's Check or credit cards (PayPal) is accepted. No cheques accepted. PayPal fees to be paid by Guest.
7. A 50% deposit is required prior to confirmation of a booking.
8. If payment for deposit is made via bank transfer, we proof of payment is required.
9. All cancellations must be made in writing. (See cancellation policy below)
10. Check out time 10am.
11. Check in any time between 2pm and 4pm.
12. **NB**Arrival time to be indicated before day of arrival.
13. We accept children of all ages.
14. Gratuities at guest discretion.

CANCELLATION
45 to 7 days prior to arrival 50% of full rate payable
Less than 7 days before arrival 75% of total payable
Less than 3 days prior to arrival, no-show or early departures 100% payable
